The cars are real, sourced directly from Copart/IAAI/ADESA/Manheim/ACV auctions. We're a technology broker: we aggregate supply + facilitate bidding + handle shipping. We don't own the cars — meaning you pay the real auction price + one commission to us, no hidden margin.
Why is your commission fixed, not a percentage?
Fairer for the buyer — you don't pay more just because your car costs more. We charge the same commission on a $3K car and a $30K car, because the service is the same.
Can I buy a car and receive it at a Libyan port?
Yes — we ship to 44 ports in 20 Arab countries including Tripoli, Benghazi, and Misrata. Automatic ETA calculated from our routing matrix. 8-stage tracking from purchase day to arrival port.
What if I change my mind after bidding?
Before your bid is placed in the real auction: you can cancel for free. After winning: terms and conditions apply, cancellation fees may apply. See the Trust & Security page for details.
Is the deposit refundable?
Mostly yes. The $700 is $600 bidding guarantee, refunded in full whenever you ask if you owe nothing, plus a $100 non-refundable registration fee even if you never bid. The deposit grants buying power up to 10× its value.
Is there a CarFax report?
Coming soon — via VinAudit (cheaper alternative) at ~$10/car. We'll offer it as a paid option on the car listing. Currently: Title + Odometer are available from the source.
