The auction's own (tiered) fees, transport, shipping and customs are charged at their published prices — the full tables are in Deposit & fees.
Honestly: is MACCHINAA for you?
✅ Yes, if you
- are buying to ship abroad and want everything in one place: bidding, payment, transport and shipping.
- want a restricted car that an ordinary Copart or IAAI account can't reach.
- prefer support on WhatsApp, and want to know the full cost before you bid.
⚠️ You may not need us, if you
- have a licensed dealer account at the auction and a shipping company you trust — buying direct saves you our commission ($100–$175).
- want to inspect the car in person before buying: US auctions sell on photos and reports, with us and with anyone else.
Frequently asked questions
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in full — it isn't deducted from the car price, and gives you 10 times its value in buying power. You can see it and request it from Deposit page.
What if I lose the auction?
You pay nothing, and your deposit stays in your account to bid on another car.
Are there fees on the invoice that aren't shown?
No. The calculator under the bid button and the fees page read the same tables your invoice is issued from.
How do I know the car's condition?
Dozens of photos per car, a detailed condition report at ACV and ADESA, and aVIN history report for a dollar — and we help you read them before you bid.
