Read these terms before using the MACCHINAA platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Macchina, the platform for importing vehicles from US and international auctions with shipping to Libya and the Arab world. By using this website or its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

3. Registration & Account Activation

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Activating a bidding account requires a minimum deposit of $600 USD. Buying power is automatically calculated as Deposit × 10.

4. Bidding & Purchasing

5. Payments & Invoices

All amounts are in US dollars. A detailed invoice is issued for each purchase covering all costs. Late payment may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the vehicle.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Macchina arranges shipping from the US port to the destination port. Shipping times are estimated (typically 4-8 weeks) and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

8. Disclaimer

Macchina does not guarantee the condition of vehicles purchased at auction. All vehicles are sold "as is." The User is responsible for reviewing vehicle reports (Carfax/AutoCheck) available on the platform. Macchina is not liable for any losses resulting from purchase decisions.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Macchina reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is suspected of fraudulent use, without prior notice.

10. Amendments

Macchina may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modifications.
